8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantX Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QuantX Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes where reasonably practicable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
