QUANTX LABS INTERNSHIP

QuantX Labs has its roots in the university sector, and we maintain a passion to develop emerging talent and enhance the capability of Australia’s quantum and space sectors.

We are looking for exceptional science and engineering students that have both a history of hands-on experience and strong academic performance, as well as business students keen to get some hands-on experience on the corporate cogs of a South Australian SME.

We aim to provide you with experience in at the cutting edge of the tech sector that you cannot get a university setting.

SENIOR aerospace / MECHANICAL ENGINEER

We are looking to appoint a highly capable and versatile Senior Aerospace / Mechanical Engineer, to work across our pipeline of unique projects and products.  There will be a particular focus on high-performance clocks and oscillators being developed for Defence radar programs and Space payload missions. The Senior Aerospace / Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, prototyping and the transition to production of mechanical systems and preparation of the supporting technical documentation. The position will also contribute systems engineering expertise as part of our product development lifecycle and work very closely with our production team to ensure high quality assembly and test procedures are in place.

You will have a tertiary degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as at least 10 years of relevant experience.
